How does a hypnosis or EMDR session work?
First of all, make an appointment.
At our first meeting we will determine a goal, if the goal is not yet well defined we will take the time necessary to do so because hypnosis is a solution oriented therapy.
Goal setting can be done online.
When the goal is defined I will guide you to a modified state of consciousness to work with the unconscious through suggestions, metaphors, images adapted to you and in total agreement with your principles and values.
Each session is different, I adapt to the character of each and everyone, sometimes one session is enough but generally three are necessary for an effective and long-term work.
After this work is done we debrief if necessary.
